这是一份给华人留学生 / 新移民的英国医疗英文速查——按类别整理，遇到不懂的词来这里找。

1. 医疗机构和服务

• GP（General Practitioner）：家庭医生。NHS 的"前门"，非紧急医疗都从这里开始
• GP surgery / practice：GP 诊所。"surgery" 不是手术室的意思，就是诊所
• Pharmacy：药房。也叫 chemist（口语化）
• NHS 111：24 小时医疗咨询/分流热线（电话或 111.nhs.uk）
• A&E（Accident & Emergency）：急诊室。也叫 ED（Emergency Department）或 casualty
• UTC（Urgent Treatment Centre）：紧急治疗中心。介于 GP 和 A&E 之间
• Walk-in centre：免预约诊所，部分地区有
• Minor injuries unit (MIU)：小伤处理点
• OOH GP（Out-of-hours GP）：非工作时间 GP 服务
• 999：急救电话（叫救护车 / 警察 / 消防）
• ICB（Integrated Care Board）：地方 NHS 管理机构

2. 预约和诊疗

• Appointment：预约
• Same-day appointment：当天号
• Urgent appointment：紧急号
• Routine appointment：常规号（非紧急）
• Telephone consultation / phone consult：电话问诊
• Video consultation：视频问诊
• Referral：转介（GP 转你到专科或医院）
• Triage：分诊（按紧急程度排队）
• Consultation room：私密咨询室（药房和 GP 都有）
• Follow-up：复诊

3. 处方和药品

• Prescription：处方
• Prescription charge：处方收费（英格兰每项 £9.90）
• PPC（Prescription Prepayment Certificate）：处方预付证
• POM（Prescription Only Medicine）：处方药
• P（Pharmacy medicine）：药房药剂师监管下可售药（不需处方但要药剂师判断）
